Barnesville Municipal Court is held on the second or third Monday of each month at  the Police Department Building. Court begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Exit 201 (Barnesville, Jackson), West on Hwy 36, approximately 13 miles to the Barnesville Police Department. on your right.

COURT ROOM RULES AND ATTIRE:

1. All pagers, beepers, and cell phones shall be turned off or silenced.  Any disruptions from those devices in court may lead to a fine, a charge of Comtempt of Court and/or confiscation of such device.

2. Hats and non-prescription sunglasses may not be worn in the court room.

3. Proper attire is required.  No tank tops or shorts.  Shoes are required.
