 Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Barnesville Police Department to enforce the law fairly and firmly; prevent crime; keep the peace; protect and serve the citizens and visitors of Barnesville with integrity through professional law enforcement services and community policing. 

The department became state certified April 1, 2015, through the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police.
